Shipping & Return Policy


West Malaysia – RM 7; East Malaysia – RM 10
We provide free postage for purchase of any three (3) items and above.

We do not hold any responsibility for any lost, damaged or delayed delivery caused by the courier. However, feel free to contact us if you are yet to receive your parcel after the estimated arrival date. We will always try our best to follow up for you.

Should we receive any bounced parcels, we will contact you for re-delivery. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.


a. Return
We provide returns/ exchange for:
1. Unsatisfactory item: Item doesn’t fit you/ Quality not up to expectation
2. Defect item: There’s defect or stain on the item/ Incorrect item received
Always inform us before returning any item.

You have 3 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unaltered, unworn, unwashed.

Sales/ Promotional items are not eligible for return / exchange.

b. Shipping

For unsatisfactory return/ exchange, buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost for returning / exchanging (2 ways shipping costs) your item(s).

Initial shipping cost will be borne by buyer.
For return item, you will need to pay for the initial shipping cost if the total pieces ordered is three (3) or lesser.
Refund = Item price – Initial Shipping Cost

For defect return/ exchange, we will borne the shipping costs. Buyer are required to send us a snapshot of the receipt and tracking number after sending out the parcel.

Buyer are advisable to use courier with tracking number to avoid lost parcel. We do not hold responsibility for lost parcel.

c. Exchange / Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange / refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate exchange or refund process. Exchange depends on item availability. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the amount to your bank account.
